How do I place an order?
There are now three convenient ways for you to place your order at KidsCultureCenter.com
- Computer: Order on-line by simply placing items in your shopping cart and paying with credit card through PayPal.
- Telephone: Call our Customer Service Department at (203) 877-4007 to place your order with a credit card. Customer Service is open to serve you between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST seven days a week.
- Mail: Download the ORDER FORM (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file), complete and mail with your check, money order or credit card information to KIDS CULTURE CENTER.com, P.O. BOX 2433, MILFORD, CT USA 06460.

Are all products presently in stock?
Some of our items are manufacturer discountinued or otherwise hard
to find, and therefore, quantities are limited. All items are subject
to prior sale. We apologize in advance if the item you want is presently
or permanently unavailable.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to destinations outside the United States. However, you
must place your order via telephone; on-line ordering is not available for international shipping.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Most orders ship within ten days of receipt of your order. We will
notify you immediately if an item(s) is backordered or otherwise
unavailable.

How can I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order by sending us an e-mail.
- Can I return my order if I am not satisfied with it?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return
it for a full refund.
